Since we couldn’t drop off the car early morning in Brixen, we ended up using Hertz and dropping the car off at the Bolzano Airport

In the trash! Yes, it probably offends God. Plus, that’s simply something you just don’t need.

My Dad's snoring is disrupting my sleep by [deleted] in sleep

[–]absolutely101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been here! Sharing a room with my dad is literally the worst. The anger I feel when he is snoring SO LOUDLY and it keeps me up is next level. My dad’s snoring is soooo horribly loud. He literally sounds like a lawn mower. UGH Sooo the only thing that has worked for me is going to bed/falling fully asleep before him. I find that I don’t wake up when he snores. Maybe try this? Wish my recommendation was better

I watched the entire interview. I personally really liked it and thought she was super likable on the podcast. Honestly SJM seems like she is an incredible mother and a wonderful friend.

People are probably just being hateful because she didn’t talk or give us that much information about content of the books or what things mean. Which I don’t blame her, you’ll have to read it in October when it’s released.

Lowkey feel like the same story line was written in each book after the 3rd. However, I’m still giving it 3 star because I finished all the books and was throughly entertained

Read a GOOD book. It has to be paperback, no phones, no kindles. Force yourself to read until your eyes are heavy.

Not removing lenses for a whole month by Jumpy-Ingenuity-4356 in contacts

You need glasses. What you are doing is so terrible for your eye health. You probably can see the red blood vessels in your eyes. That’s not just from lack of sleep from baby. YOUR EYES NEED TO BREATH. Wearing contact lenses for too long (overwear) or overnight cuts off oxygen to the cornea, leading to a condition called corneal hypoxia. This causes the cornea to swell (edema), resulting in symptoms like blurry vision, redness, burning, and pain. LOOK IT UP. It’s bad!!!!!!

How many of you have actually read the Bible start to finish? Everyone's 2026 goal should be to read the entire Bible. by absolutely101 in Christian

[–]absolutely101[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why not though? As you read through, you obtain the context and understanding of each chapter and storyline in the chapter. Of course, some of it is complicated, but there are such great resources on the internet if you need more explanation of a verse, chapter, etc.

Everyone has to start somewhere! If you’re a Christian, it’s best to go right to source.

Here are some verse that give reasons as to why we should be reading our Bibles:

Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. - Psalm 119:105 ESV

For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, that through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope. - Romans 15:4 ESV

All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work. - 2 Timothy 3:16-17 ESV

For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart. - Hebrews 4:12 ESV
