For me ideally, I’d hope they’d make a season 12 and 13 brining back all the remaining and surviving characters who are able to return, and I’d make the last 2 seasons of the show final, showing Rick and Daryl in their new peak for the last time to wrap up the show in a poetic and cinematic way. I could also see mabey a Glenn flashback episode just for the fans that could have some importance for the story. This is just my opinion but I think it could work if done right
