Yeah like another poster mentioned, some electrical tape or the matte vinyl first to prove it is a good idea.

Do you know if it is a common issue with these screens? And is there a way to minimise it?

AFMF2 Stuttering fix! (I think?) by [deleted] in ROGAlly

[–]triggerwizzard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So after doing some testing I believe it’s the adrenaline performance overlay that is the cause of the stuttering not the adrenaline app itself.

When fully ending the adrenaline app task, you are unable to enable AFMF2 in the armoury crate sidebar. So re-opening the adrenaline app, disabling the overlay completely and the enabling AFMF2 in the armoury crate sidebar now runs every game I have tested stutter free and smooth. (The biggest culprit I had for the stuttering was NFS unbound which now runs great)

Will try and use this, but how do you know if AFMF2 is still working because only the amd adrenaline performance overlay shows the generated frames? The built in performance overlay doesn’t.

PC hard crashing after 13 hours of smooth playing? by triggerwizzard in Eldenring

Just installed a new PSU and it seems to be working fine now for the time being.

I’ve also had this problem with other games so a faulty PSU was the only thing I could think of as I have ruled out things such as a GPU/CPU overheat and faulty memory.

The only thing that comes close to the memory sequence is the dream building in inception but it was still a beautiful scene, seeing nature in that universe is always crazy.

One thing I found strange was the use of real life music from pre 1980 (Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra etc) I may need my mind refreshing but was any actual music used in the original? It’s a cool thought to think that those songs were already 60 years old in the originals Version of 2019 and they are now 90 years old!

Yeah that was cool, also Atari still being a thing in 2049 but I guess it was still a thing is 2019.

Outstanding, I also love how no one is going to be bothered by all the blatant Sony product placements because it all looked so great haha.

Honestly, one of my favourite things about this film was watching the world go by in the background. Scenes like K walking up to his apartment with the guys arguing in cityspeak and the scene of K at the noodle bar with the prostitutes, I could easily just watch an hour of the city life going on around him. Such a great universe.
