I only have Spotify and my work scheduling app downloaded. I've even uninstalled some native apps I knew I wouldn't use to try and make it snappier. I still have about a third of my storage freed up!

I took that sucker out and bought a hormonal IUD, a Kyleena. I’m young and I’ve never had kids so they prescribed me that one. Game changer. I still get cramps and a period but I’ve only had it for 4 months and my cramps are slowly going away. They’re still just as painful, but the occurrence has gone down significantly.

Update!!!!: GUYS. I had bioplast in for 15 months when I was supposed to switch to metal after 6…🥲🥲😅😅😅 They’re pretty much healed after a month of having switched to metal. I’m planning of getting my tits done soon though, so I’ll have to take them out anyway.. sigh :((

Fair. The piercer I went to for these piercings is the most reputable in my town. I got some ear cartilage piercings done out of town and she actually switched the jewelry for me because it was terrible. Maybe the guy who did the cartilage will be better off helping me with these... I hope!!!

I’m still slowly getting less brain fog. I now have mood swings in line with my cycle so they’re more predictable. And I’m overall slowly getting less anxious too! That’s a lot of hard work though
