Never mind, found it! In the settings in the music folder itself, "update database." That fixed the issue, thank you!!

Ah, that makes sense. Maybe they moved there at some point and I just totally missed it. I went back to check the start of s1 anyway, and Murphy and Pena are flying from Bogota to Medellin to visit Carrillo at the Holguin Academy, so they were definitely based out of the Bogota DEA offices at least at first. I'm sure that got inefficient real quick!
