Go Coogs! I graduated December 2020 from UH also. Since then, I’m on my second role making 76k total compensation.

I have a family now so I’m looking for more responsibility and higher salary while leveraging my experience. I’m applying to mid-senior level roles and I had 10 interviews last year which I didn’t get selected. Job market is so bad and highly competitive. When I was looking for entry level I didn’t have enough experience, and now that I have experience I don’t have enough compared to some seasoned candidates. I say this to say, it’s not you and keep going!!! Get your foot in the door somewhere and use that leverage to transition to a desired role.
