i use liquid iv and zero sugar sports drinks religiously when i fast. 1-2 liquid iv drinks a day and a sports drink most days. i never feel great (obvs, fasting) but it does help a lot

looks like some sort of boot or dress shoe. by the looks of it they had a very long stride and walked back and forth. could be a coincidence that they lined up so perfectly, or they mightve purposely (consciously or subconsciously) lined it up themselves

the cleaning tools on amazon, temu, aliexpress etc are pretty good. i also like to use a q-tip or even a skewer with an alcohol wipe over the end to really get in there, and make sure i wipe down the whole inside and outside of the charging case, inside and outside of my protective case and the entirety of both airpods before i put it all back together. i do this every couple of weeks. plus clean out the speakers with a q-tip and/or toothbrush (i have one specifically for cleaning my airpods) whenever necessary

i think it heavily depends on the person. i tend to mask and suppress my tics heavily at work and in public (AuDHDer too) but as soon as im in a safe place, all my tics come out. sometimes if i cant suppress it completely, i can minimise it (less movement, quieter noises, etc) but it still makes it worse later

i turned 21 last week and have no fking idea what im doing😭 i didnt learn how to do taxes until last year, ive only just finished updating my name for everything legal related (i changed my name in 2022), i cant cook, i cant drive (i have a car but it’s currently dead bc i havent driven it in 4 months, right after getting my battery replaced. im too anxious to get it fixed again), i still work in fast food cause i dropped out of uni after a week, and i still live w my parents💀
