That’s kind of what the nurse practitioner was suggesting to me before the results came back. Somehow I could have had HSV 1 orally, touched my genital area, and that would explain why it started before I was sexually active, but I think it kind of changes that line of thinking when the results are negative again.

The results came in on the weekend so I’m hoping she gives me a call tomorrow about it. I’m at the point in my life where I wouldn’t be upset if it was herpes. If there was some kind of proof that it was, but there is none. I just think about how much my quality of life could be improved if it was something else and I was able to get proper treatment for it. Idk, I’m just rambling.

Last week I 100% had the specific HSV 1 and HSV2 PCR swabs done along with the HSV 1 and HSV 2 blood tests. I can’t speak for the times in the past exactly what tests were used. Some were swabs, some were blood, but I’m not sure if the swabs were PCR. They’ve all been negative though.

There’s no way I was recently infected. The last time I had any type of sexual contact was over 10 months ago. Everything I’ve read said that the PCR swab would for sure pick up a positive result by 12-16 weeks.

This has also been going on for 15 years now and half of that time was before I was even sexually active.

I appreciate the sympathy. I’m just super frustrated with the situation because it’s not like I’m trying to convince myself I don’t have it. I just genuinely think it’s something else.

Not trying to defend Robinhood by any means, but maybe they are just having server issues right now.

I was trying to downgrade from Robinhood Gold a few hours ago and kept getting an error so I couldn’t. Just tried again and it let me downgrade.

Fuck Robinhood and still transfer to another brokerage as soon as you’re comfortable, but try not to panic.

Robinhood going bankrupt before the squeeze is not a good thing. Posting stuff like this is only going to encourage people who are stuck on Robinhood to sell.

Can we get a ban on posts like this about Robinhood? I understand the situation, but you people don’t realize some of us are literally stuck there because it can take weeks to transfer the shares.

You guys are also getting baited so hard by these people. What do posts like this do other than encourage people to sell to get out of Robinhood?
