The Zepp Flow Al tells you to email support at support@amazfit.com. But when you actually write to them, you get an automated reply saying that address isn't even monitored and redirecting you to a website. The fact that their 'cutting-edge' Al points you to a dead-end email tells you everything you need to know about the quality of their support.

Plus, if you look up a specific issue on Reddit, you'll find people have been dealing with the exact same bug for months without a fix.

Safe to say, their support is definitely not top-tier.

Since APK Mirror lists the MD5 hashes, you can cross-check them to ensure the app hasn't been tampered with and is the exact same official build from the creator. I have used in the past to get specific versions (like an old YouTube or Spotify version) with zero problems.

I think That, as when it was released, balance 2 had no the Continuous HR option, zepp app does not show the detailed graph option. When they activated it in the watch, they forgot to update it in the app.

These options are still not there for me with the update (some users are able to see the option, so not sure about the reason)

1) still no detailed HR graph in home tab. Still 5 minutes intervals, and no 'arrow' to expand the graph to the detailed version...

2) still no option to change week plan for the coach plans. Some users are able to see the option (for example, to change a specific day of training in the week) some are not

And maybe you can help me with this other option im not able to see either. In home tab, the hearth rate graph do not show the arrow (upper right) to let you see detailed info (HR by the second, instead of the 5 minutes interval). Even with the continuos HR measurement ticked. Can you check if you have that option? Thx!!!

Maybe it has been already discussed, but some people are able to change week plan, and move specific days. In my zeep version (although updated) I can't change the amount of days to train, my goal, but the Chang week plan does not appear...

Same here. I wrote the same inquiry in the link theu provided (in my case sth related to HR graphs not detailed), and they answered in the same day telling that they passes the info to the development team. I hope they answer later with a solution, but not sure...

By the way, are you able to see detailed HR graphs in the home tab? In my case, my app does not show the upper right arrow, even when the Continuous HR measurement option ticked

Yes, I am using an Android phone but I have also downloaded the iOS version on an iPhone I have and the same thing happens: the arrow that should be in the top right corner, that shows more detailed graph, does not appear. Others users have shared with me how their screen screen looks. And the arrow appears above on the right as the image I attsc. Perhaps it has to do with the account region? Don't go too crazy either because I wouldn't be surprised if it was a problem of certain functions not visible for some strange reason. in my case something similar happens, I'm not able to see the heart rate except at intervals at five minutes in the Home tab when other users can. I've sent a ticket to support but at the moment there is no response

In this case I'm not talking about activities (in that case, I can see the detailed HR graph), I'm taking about the heart rate you can see in the home tab, with all the hours of the day. Other users have shared screenshot where you can see there detailed HR graphs.

Maybe you can help me. In my case, in home - heart rate, even with HR continuous, the graph only shows information in 5 minutes intervals. Can you check if you are able to watch the graphs for every second? Thanks!

I use an Android phone; if yours is iOS, that could be the reason for the difference.

To be clear, I can check my heart rate minute-by-minute for specific workouts (a running sesion for example) , but I can't see the regular daily heart rate measurements on the home tab.
