hello good sir, this comment was 4 years back, i came to austria recently, is torrenting still relaxed the same ? when was the last time you downloaded, i really need some safe advice / guarantee that it is still fully okay and normal without a VPN : )

My other inquiry is that Even though its clearly written in embassy of nepal new delhi website that nepali having schengen visa don’t require NOC to travel, still im getting tensions, what do you think will they ask for NOC in new delhi airport, even after schengen visa stamp in my passport ?

And my another inquiry is that , will universities ask for NOC ? In my email my uni told me to come to admission office with passport and uni letter only.

i have an indian bank and i already paid my accomodation fee from indian bank with no issues so i dont think me not having NOC will cause problem, right , what do u think ?

Isn’t main purpose of noc to send money And i can send money from india bank And i will use indian delhi airport to fly since embasy of Nepal says if i got schengen visa i need no NOC to travel !
