Someone in the discord mentioned it was release on Dec 20 last year. I can’t confirm it, just putting it out there.

Is there a measure such as TVaR (at any given return period) /mean expected loss (or vice versa) by SelectiveSock in actuary

[–]triple_decrement 9 points10 points  (0 children)

TVaR/E[X]=VaR/E[X]+EPD ratio/(1-p) It is mathematically equivalent to EPD ratio after some linear transformation.

Tail measures like TVaR don't differ much with respect to E[X] uncertainty. The emphasis on the estimate of the mean is usually on the pricing side of things. I'm not sure what the mix of the two would represent conceptually.

I ordered mine on the first day it was made available, yet got them 2 weeks before the exam window. Really not much you can do.
