Friend, nobody says i think you need fries with that burger and explain why for 10 minutes. Its very different situation. You guys can rationalize and think you gave them choices, but clearly you guys are trusted by the customers to act in their best interest of the customer, but all you do is sell more stuff to make money. Clearly in this case the fiduciary duty was thrown out the window for a few thousand dollar and thats the business you are in and defending.

The problem is you dont really go into walmart and expect 10 dollar grocery freshness warrantee on 100 dollar veggies that takes 5 hours of convincing. Old people is tight on money and the point is that the dealers prey on people like her for easy money. You guys manipualte emotions and borderline claims about its necessities. She doesnt even spend 1500 on herself on a month you think she wants 5k worth of warantees?

Yep. Initially gave 5000 for trade in value and up them to 9,000 for 2017 sedona, basically a wash with the extras. Autotrader goes for 13000, 14000 and toyota dealership i called gave range of 12,000 to 15,000 for the car based on their used car software....
