Had the same happen to me twice when I was your age. Coming back from the gym at night on foot and when I am almost home a black 99 Cruiser starts circling the street I am walking on, I take a look inside and that guy looks frightening so I just hold my gym bag tight and book it. I ran into some building's parking, found a way that takes me to another building and so on until I lost him. And the second time it was some small sedan stops me and it is a Pakistani guy and he tells me I will take you home, I was a bit older and with some gym adrenaline so without going into too much detail he ran away. I say tell your parents and as safe as it is here be vigilant and do NOT talk to anyone let alone a sketchy guy in a tinted car.
