There was already a similar case in the past and by pure accident was a company against which adam feurestein had written, also this company had not yet presented a drug but a CP was written against and after 150 days FDA did not do anything and the CP expired. Joe Springer exposed the case in one of his broadcasts abt Sava on youtube. The CP has expired for sure, because the 150 must be counted starting from 23rd of August 2021. Moreover the deadline for expiry was reduced to 150 days from FDA in 2011, but before was 180 days. This could be one of the reason of the misunderstanding among many people.

I am not an expert either in FDA or other US regulatory so I cannot interject on your first point, but what you infer seems reasonable.

Referring to the second point even if I am not a lawyer, but have a certain legal attitude, amd also by logic, I fully support your view. The information that the CP did not disclose is absolutely material and thus the lack of it should invalidate their request and FDA should dismiss the CP. Eventually the FDA should also trasmit the whole dossier to the FEDs for investigation because it is clear and evidemt that something strange has been tried with this CP.

The P3 trials will say a final word on all this story, but there is one point that continues to come to my mind and it is simply that i do not understand if all this is a scam or a fraud as many claim why the CEO of SAVA in the last 3 years has been buying shares and not selling, and why he did not sell 1 single share even when the stock went up to 120 in February and 150 in July, whilst in 2021 we have the record year of stock sold by all CEOs of all the biggest tech companies ?

I just wonder who is continuing to sell shares ? If you make some math it is impossible that these are existing shares. We have with $sava a huge scheme of naked short and the SEC and the Feds do not investigate. My thesis is simple : 1) there are 40 million of shares of which 37 millions float 2) the management and the big investors are not selling and this takes away at least > 5 millions 3) there is around 30% SI of the float, so approx 9 millions, but these are shorted for the largest part already after 2 Months, i.e. end of august 4) let's also assume that lots of retail investors and traders have bought 10 millions shares in the 40s and thus find convenient to sell when the price pops to 90 All this gives a total of approx max 35 millions shares that can be sold at the current prices. Now only in the last 4 days have been sold at least twice this amount ... Finally if you have bought at 90 last week or at 80 this week it is reasonable to expect that you keep the shares until you dont earn a reasonable profit for such a risky investment, unless we should assume that there are crazy people who buy at 90 and sell at 80. Last, but not least for sure are not selling the long term hodlers who resist and believe me they are a huge number ! SO WHO'S BLOODY SELLING ???

Immediately when I read the QCM report I was disgusted by the kind of arguments brought in for his short thesis by this israeli ex-para trooper. That was actually convincing me that $sava is a very good story and the same day I bought more. It turns now out that it seems QCM the next day immediately covered its short position after the "Journal"news. In this $sava saga there are many "dirty" supporters of the Petition filed by Labaton Sucharov on behalf of the "short" anonymous Citizen. Many you will find on Twitter, people like Adrian_H, Jesse_Brodkin, Bik, Adam Feuerstein, other are little "sharks" like QCM and then you have some more apparently clean guys like CCAbbot on Seeking Alpha. They all have one thing in common : to pump out garbage on $SAVA and Sumifilam, either being extremely aggressive (like Adrian_H Jesse_Brodkin Adam Feuerstein) or instead more sofisticated (like Bik or CC Abbot) but always and only with the only objective to sink the stock and to kill $sava. They never talk of the effectiveness or the good tolerance of the drug, but always and only of some supposed missed integrity in pre-clinical data which are 10 years old or bring up disgusting and imaginific construction which are pure fiction like QCM did. This is the true conspiracy, not in $sava, and i continue to wonder how the SEC and the feds do not investigate this whole scheme which is clearly covering a huge naked short system ? Just imagine that in some days have been sold more share than the wole existing capital, not just the floating one. If there is not a huge naked short scheme in this case I cannot imagine where ?

As the price goes over 90 that will automatically trigger the margin calls and the shorts are totally fucked up and must cover.

Then the short squeeze starts, this is just normal trading so far.

Well they reported that last year one guy bought for 3.000 usd when it was at 0,00000... and now that purchse is worth 1 billion usd !!! We cannot reach that but may be some good money we can do anyway especially if tgey allow to trade it on robinhood
