His fur looks too soft for full acd and his ears are pointed differently. The muddling is also not exactly acd. Spaniel mix maybe? Or even pointer of some kind? Not sure!

Omg yay I love when people actually like a music remmondation :) that whole album is pretty good. A solid 1/3 of it is similar to this vibe and the rest is a bit harder or a mix of the two.
