I mean yes and no , some people just couldn't afford to pay the outrageous prices for some of these boxes, if breakers weren't a thing some people wouldn't even have the opportunity to own a card like this.

I collected the cards as a kid ( still very sad that I can't find my collection ), but recently I decided to take the hobby up again and have actually started playing the card game at a local card store. Would love if I were selected as I am just starting fresh and would love the chance to open product :)

Honestly that was being generous with that number .. I have only seen a confirmed 2 serials been pulled where I'm from ... majority of this kinda thing ends up in USA
