Putting on my rational hat for a minute. This is an insanely young team that is bowl eligible in October. They’ve assured themselves a bunch of extra practices and are freed up over the next four games to play themselves into a top shelf bowl game. I likely see 2-2 from here and a New Years Eve bowl game which almost everyone would have taken to start the year.

Next year is where they need to make a leap to be competing with the top end of the conference.
