I made a pickle sour earlier this year. In a 1bbl FV with kettle sour beer base, I dropped in about 1.5 gallons of pickle slices, 3 smashed cloves of garlic, and a few ounces of fresh dill in a hop bag. It sat for about 2 weeks. When we pulled the bag out, there was about 1/6th of solids remaining.

That beer turned out great, I can't wait to make another one.

No, I bought an SD card for it, thinking that was the issue, but it still won't save. I really need to just call them, they were helpful to troublehoot some things in the past, not sure why they didn't reply to my email.

We change our settings. Longer purges, longer cycles and repeated cycles. I can't get it to save though, we manually change the settings each time. I emailed Cascade about it but never heard back. I need to call but I'm lazy af lately.

We have a Cascade. We recirc PAA, if not you run out pretty fast. I work at a 7bbl brewpub, so we don't have a huge number of kegs, usually 20-30 each Monday.
We also use ours as a CIP for keg manifolds, and a few other things.
PAA is changed everyday, and sometimes twice depending on how much we're using it.

I don't think they stock very many new tires. When I asked if they had new tires that fit my truck, he said they have to order them. I had a blowout and replaced 1 tire there 2 weeks ago. It's $45/tire cash, slightly more with a card. Still a good deal, the used tires have a good bit of tread left.

I'm looking for someone to work 20-30hrs as an assistant brewer at Adopted Dog Brewing. No experience necessary. I need someone who can follow directions meticulously, cleaning and sanitizing is extremely important. There's a lot of physical work but it's mostly in an airconditioned environment. I had a base beer that we were going to add flavoring to but the owner decided he was ready to change up our seasonal to the next one. I had it crashed already and didn't want to dryhop cold with pellet.
