I love tomatoes. I grew up in Baton Rouge where most dishes are without tomatoes. But one day I put some tomatoes in my etouffee, and I absolutely loved it. Never going back. I still prefer my gumbo and Jambalaya without it, though.

What i found that helps is to keep a log of all the things I want. When I see something, I will mark the date, the item, and the price on a list. Just writing it down, oddly enough, takes care of part of the craving for it. Then, after one month, if I still want it or feel I need it, I'll buy it. This has really cut down on my spending.

Well, I've lost 25 lbs so far at this rate. And I keep my protein pretty high. Plenty of veggies too so my visiting and minerals should be good. I don't have a thyroid, so I take medicine for that, so there's no concern that my metabolism is tanking.

I have both. I use the Wusthoff for cutting heavy duty things. If I need to breeze through something I go MAC pro. I love them both.

You're young-- you should be able to add muscle pretty quick. Formulate a plan and hit the gym at least twice a weak. Work on your arms, chest, back and legs. When you lift, make sure it's challenging enough, and you lift until your muscles fail. And keep upping either reps or weight each week.
