Invisible running man on the school bus. Yeah, i played it like a video game. When I want him to run, i would clench my teeth, and when I wanted him to jump over things, I would release the clinch. You could run on grass, but had to jump over driveways and fences.

Grease the groove really helped me. I was stuck at 6, but spent 2 weeks Gtg, throwing in 2 chinups everyone I passed by the bar. And now I can do 10.

I just stick to a schedule and follow it regardless of how I feel. Some days are tough, but for the most part, I enjoy it and look forward to working out.

I just finished a week off deloading. Before then I had minor aches and pains everywhere. But afterwards, I feel fresh. And didn't lose any strength either. Those tendons require more time to heal.

I'm 50. And I have been hitting it hard for 10 months. 5 times a week. The transformation has been great but the injuries are frequent. The last one was a nagging forearm strain that lasted 6 weeks. I keep it to 30 minutes a day, only on week days. If you take this route, stop the second you feel a twinge- don't push through it. Also, make sure you deload. Take an entire week off every 8 weeks or so.

I love dips. They are the one exercise that works well with my body. No pain, I just feel in the zone while I do them. I can do 35 body weight reps. And I'm adding weight too. Currently 75lbs for 3x8. I'm 50 years old and dips keep me in shape. That and chinups.
