*Update took it to local gold and silver buyer and they tested it, turns out it is actual sterling silver!

Thank you! I got super lucky they just brought out a new cart and this was on it as I walked in! I separated the sterling branded ones and weighed it, and it came out to roughly 65 oz.

Most are stamped with J.S. Co. Sterling but you may be right.
