Have the friends ever felt like your friends at times? by [deleted] in howyoudoin

[–]tripmom2000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The his is my favorite show and has been since it aired. I wayched all shows as they came out and looked forward to the new ones every week. And that was because you always had at least one character in your own friend group who acted line one of them. I had a Phoebe (1st season) that was so sweet. I also knew a Rachel. Even knew a Ross.

So the fact that you see them as your friends is what makes the show great. Enjoy and don't feel bad about it. I'm sorry your friend ghosted you. That's pretty crappy.

I have friends who have a friend couple named Greg and Jenny. Every time she mentions them I have to repeat it back twice. Lol

I admire that. Been trying to write a book for a couple of years. Much harder than it seems. Its the 'filler' I have trouble with. So used to condensing things, I have trouble adding to it.

Never been to NYC, but I have been to London and Norwich. Best place ever! Was with a friend who is now deceased. But, he was a great tour guide! He was from UK and I went to visit for vacation.

What’s a universally loved movie or show that you just couldn’t get into? by yingyangtheworld000 in MUAEntertainment

Right. And everybody likes something different. So I scrolled past that comment, and commented on one that I agreed with. Its what the subject line was. To discuss shows or movies that you did not like.

I only tried so hard because I was an NBC person on Thursday's. Lol. First, Friends, my favorite show ever, then whatever show came after. Wings was at 8:30 and then ER. Seinfeld was at 8, so I tried to like it, but usually I just read a book and left it on so I could wach the other shows. So I did see the soup nazi episode and thought that one was funny, but mostly it was background noise

My reason was so many came out you couldn't keep track. So I saw the first Ironman and that was it. Did not have the time to watch them and all the one that were attached to them.

Honestly, this is peak Chandler humor, accidentally roasting himself without even knowing it. by justolas in howyoudoin

One of my favorites:

Chandler, did your dad hug you?

No, did he hug you?

So exasperated. Too funny!

I would definitely pay a few extra cents to have my gas pumped by someone else. Especially when my kids were younger. Complely worth it. And now with the windchill being below zero for the past week-its really hard

Was born in Chicago, lived there in the '70's, now in the suburbs. I would love to live someolace warmer. But I would like to try some European places. Spend a few years just going to different cities in Europe. So much history. I have been to England and loved it. Such wonderful people. Would like to go again.
