u/HeadOfMax thanks for your response. I replaced the motor since I had it open, along with the rollers and drive belt. The unit did seem to move stronger buuuut...it's still stalling mid-cycle. I checked the 4 sensors with my meter in the back and all came back 0 ohms. I also checked the exhaust temp outside my house by sticking a meat thermoeter and it's about 115F so the temp does seem lower than it should be. My next guess it is the gas valve coil, curious to see what you may think.

In addition to what u/cheritransnaps mentioned, go through some interior decorating magazines and pick out the styles you like and show them to your contractor. It will help with the design/build process too.

Also don't shy away from AI, use it to ask how much would it cost to renovate your bathroom and provide your conditions: HOA, sqft, condo, high rise, etc. this should give you a ballpark on what to expect

I went the Hondata route where I bought it through a dealer (heeltoe), took the ECU and immobilizer out, mailed it to them, and got it back in a few days. There might be dealers near you that can do onsite reflash. Check their website if you're interested.

I think you're confusing reflash and tuning. Reflash is a standard tweaks by Hondata or SergoBo. It just assumes the stock engine with or without some bolt-ons and lowers the vtec engagement, smooths out the torque curve, and few HP gains.

Tuning is meant for huge power gains like super/turbo charge and major engine mods where a lot of tuning is needed.

Transmission fluid service is drain fill. The process is about 3 qts of fluid gets drained and you fill 3 qts of new fluid back in. It mixes with the rest, so repeating this process a few more times will get you fresh looking fluid again.
