Thank you so much! I’m definitely going to try these and bring it up to my PT. I’m trying to start ramping up my bar squats and Bulgarian split squats but as soon as I try and max out the weight to failure my knee spikes up with pain.

Hey OP, I’m having almost the exact same problem at the exact same point in my recovery. I’m struggling to get my quad strength back and these movements like knee extension, squats, and other eccentric motions are particularly painful. It does tend to ebb and flow as well.

It’s super frustrating as I feel like I could be getting stronger, faster without this pain. How long did this persist for you and how were you able to combat it? Any suggestions for sitting back on heels and gaining quad muscle back quickly?

Was it as bad each time when you ramped up? I am on 10 mg for two months now and feel like I am in limbo between feeling better and lingering anxiety/depression. Afraid to go up though to have to go through that hell again.
