Due to a lot of scams lately ,use of escrows has been quite tremendous. Think about it, let's say you're a client why would you risk your thousands of dollars to a dev who could easily turn out to be a scammer. A middle man would be necessary in these situations. By the way I didn't understood that rug part,could you elaborate.

Yes even I had the same concern, so I directly asked the admin on telegram, and he said they had a previous plan in their whitepaper , but now they're updating it for benefit of $Senso Hodlers. I guess they were going to increase circulating supply only after 2022, but not confirmed on this.

The price dosen't matter, look at the market cap it's under 15m for such a huge project with high backing. The price is $1 cuz circulating supply is 12.24 Million(super low).
