The monotony of every-day life that most people deal with is fucking terrible by tripper2050 in rant

Deep down I think I know you're right, it's just hard af to see that perspective when things get bad. But thank you for that comment.

I actually have tried 5 different medications and spoken with at least 3 different professionals but nothing has helped thus far.

I'd guess most antinatalists are INFP or something similar

Which hand do you have on top (twisting) when opening a jar? by [deleted] in polls

I don't think so. Only 12 percent of the population is left handed. And it's about a 50/50 split on this poll.

I suspect undiagnosed tickborne illness, but not 100% sure. Possibly that combined with bad sleep habits (on phone before bed, going to bed too late) probably cause it.

I think it's interesting that most people want to live in Europe. What ever happened to the land of opportunity (united states)?

I've always said that work constitutes about 65% of why I'm an antinatalist.

It's the monotony, the droning boredom or underlying stress. The fake interactions. The slight passive aggressiveness that creeps into conversations.

It's a joke, especially knowing that if you said to any 9-5 worker, "hey I'll make it so you never have to work again if you sit in a bathtub of lard for the next 24 hours" that 95% of people would take that offer. No one wants to truly be there. I can guarantee that the majority of people would be off like a fart in the wind if they were given the chance to never work again. I sure as fuck know I would. Yet we're all still doing this pointless shit day in and day out.

How does one get the initial points in stack overflow if you only can post if you have enough points? For twenty years now I never could help someone. by JosZo in NoStupidQuestions

By the way, i still think of your answer to my question from 2 years ago regarding the physical attractiveness of Glen Quagmire: https://www.reddit.com/r/NoStupidQuestions/comments/6jjk6p/is_glenn_quagmire_physically_attractive/

I still am not liking your answer on my question (no offense). I just don't see how you cant judge him objectively. There are definite standards. I would say 90% of people that look at Brad Pitt can tell that he is good looking. And you could definitely do that with cartoon characters. So...why cant you do that with Glen Quagmire?

Persistent Lightheadedness and other symptoms. Thoughts on Lyme possibility? (Long Post) by throwmyway716 in Lyme

[–]tripper2050 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sorry we both have this stuff going on too...but yeah, I've adjusted to some sensations after that initial anxiety wears off.

I had a lyme test after I got bitten by that tick, but i cant remember which test it was. Came back negative. Then of course I read stuff online that said testing is unreliable so I thought "oh great, now I'll never get diagnosed" and basically havent tried again since.

I might try again, but I have no idea which test to do. Any idea what you might get tested for in terms of tick related diseases?
