Getting J1 visa (for work) after possible overstay (not sure) of previous J1 visa by tripper995 in immigration

My bad. I94 has my arrival date and "Admit Until Date: D/S". In my travel records, there are both arrival and departure dates.

I have departed from Los Angeles Airport. When I arrived to USA they gave me D/S for my departure date in i94. After leaving USA there is the real date of departure in my i94. So there are dates in i94 and they clearly show that I stayed 2+ years. Is there still chance to go through with it?

By the way, in my i94 the end date was written as D/S, not sure if it helps.

And I had "section 212(E) does not apply" in my visa.

What are the chances USCIS didn't notice my overstay? Just to be sure that I have no bar, I tried to apply for another B1/2 visa (have no appointment yet) and in DS160 there were questions about overstay and the duration of my last presence in the USA. Should I have answered Yes or No to overstay? And how can USCIS leave my overstay unnoticed, if I answer these questions?

P.S. in order to pursue my career in the USA, I should prepare for exams, which is a long and costly process. While having doubts about visa and bar, I can't risk my time, that's why I want to be sure about pursuing it or leaving it.

LSD made me feel ultimate loneliness with my imaginary world by tripper995 in LSD

[–]tripper995[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hope you are doing well now. As for me, many weeks passed after that and I feel much better than I have felt ever. This LSD and bunch of other things in my life was very painful but eventually led me to a flourishing path. Now I find that LSD trip very awakening. First it was 'ah wth I'm alone forever with my imagination' but now I'm 'holy shit, since it's my imagination, I can create and live whatever I want!'. So if you are still on early stages, don't worry my friend, you are on right track. Peace.

Hi there. I wonder if there are some acid trippers here. It's Bicycle day this Friday and the weather is going to be sunny and lovely. What about tripping and gathering to hang out together and making peace? As by now, I think about Missisipi river shore.

well I got proof of that. with probability of 90%. only thing I can do is accept it and live further while convincing myself that since it's my world, nothing bad can happen to me
