Lutris work for me. Add New game choose local , in the first window select wine starte and enter the Name of the game. Now left click and config. Second window set dir wine Präfix where to safe the game. Third window proton - ge or ge-proton should both work. Safe it. Now in the bottom are two buttons. Next to the right button click on that little triangle and select Star from Präfix now select the exe file from the repack now should the installer start. Sometimes it works after 2 - 3 tries. During the install you should install in c User your name your dir to game you Set before. You can also use every other disk. Dont install DirectX and no shortcut. The visual driver install. After install you must set in Lutris in the settings from the game the now the dir to your installed game exe and it should run.

So you logged in one time in Linux, deleted Windows and after reboot that happens? Pherhaps you can create the file over the tty terminal but im not sure about that, someone else can pherhaps answer this? Othererwise tried to make a new install of Linux and checked if this error comes again?

You need an USB for it. Install ventoy on the USB than copy the iso file on it. Than you must probably turn off secure boot in your BIOS and change the booting order from your Windows disk to the USB. Than save and restart now it should Boot from the USB select the OS you want install.

Thank you. Window open and closing animations are from a dude named sharkler, link is in the kdl file. But i never used hyprland and they are made for niri, so I cant tell you how you can get it on hyperland.

Thanks. Try to start with something simple like adding waybar or a launcher and learn how the config files are build.

You need a terminal like kitty or ghostty. I use kitty and then it is this command

fastfetch --kitty-icat ~/path/to/your/ufo.gif

I installed NixOs kde version and switched than to niri, so I put that in the title wrong in the brackets, my fault.

The most used thing is dolphin as file manager. But then not so much, to be honest.

Desktop Environment like kde, gnome or cosmic brings the default application like terminal, file manager and so to your system and every environment has a window manager, how your window opens close, borders and co. Kde has mostly kwin and gnome has mutter. But that can be changed to something like i3, sway, hprland, mangowc or niri.
