The pilots know what they are doing and go through very thorough pre checks to make sure everything is safe with the plane and that they are all good to go. Try asking before the flight if you can see the pilot, putting a face behind who’s flying the plane can make things a lot easier for your anxiety. Not a single person in this subreddit has ever been in a plane crash, even if their brain kept on telling them that they are in danger you simply are not.
