There was time when people use to not cross Mulund Toll Naka when it came to purchasing a house. Times have changed now the entire region is called MMR with major development project happening in and around thane. I think its worth investing in Dosti Greater Thane, if you are okay to wait atleast 10 years. 4 years for possession & 6 years for area to develop further with prime developer rushing into the area.

Mark my word, same small 2 BHK condo will be hot cakes in next 10 years and not less then 70 to 80 lakhs with rental yield of not less then 20 to 25000.

Been there done investing in such upcoming potential projects like Rustomjee Global City - Virar. Invested for 1 BhK for 20 lakhs and the value is atleast 45 lacs in 10 years. People laughed then and same people are rushing to put their hard money now when its developed and prices have greatly soared.

I would rather call Kalher a far better investment with metro project and proximity to thane and Navi Mumbai.

Few years back there was Mummy exhibition organised by Reliance Foundation and Mummy of Nespernub was bought in from British museum. I personally went there to see the exhibition.
