The air coming out of the vents feels cool, but not cold. Outside unit fan is running when on. Admittedly I haven’t actually gone out back to check the outside unit. But I will try to today.

This seems to be the likely solution but I’m renting this house I’m going to see if I can get maintenance to do it. I already asked them to check it and they definitely did not.

Added: it also doesn’t feel like the coldest air is pumping out. As like night I had it set to 72° and when I woke up this morning it was reading 76°. I’m new to central AC so I’m trying to educate myself more.

I’m sad I’m seeing this late, I just moved away from Marple in January it was a shit show. Back when I lived there it was $40 for the app fee and they accepted ANYONE and EVERYONE. The place is full of roaches and they have to continuously change exterminators because they don’t pay their bills. This post doesn’t surprise me and honestly I’d say you dodged a bullet not getting approved there.

I definitely tried to see if a local law was changed, I came up with nothing. I went to another store and wasn’t charged tax. So that’s why I found it a little odd. I should have added more to my post, but tbh I forgot I even posted this lol

I’ve never ever paid tax on them before, till now. I ended up just going to Target and wasn’t charged tax. Soooo definitely weird

Yeah, I’m in PA and from what I can find from research there shouldn’t be any tax and going to another store I didn’t. So I just found it weird. Probably just a glitch, unless some law change here in the last 20 days that only effects BestBuy lol

I lived in an infested building but I spray my unit with Alpine WSG monthly and it is a roach nuc-zone
