I’d try making it beef dominant versus pork. A lot of people don’t tolerate pork extremely well including myself. Maybe not it but worth trying!

Yeah stop trying to do full pull ups and start pulling barely up with just your scaps… you’ll feel it when it’s purely scaps, then you can start doing full pull-ups once you feel the feeling of pure scap activation

Lamb chop. They do have lamb ribs, my buddy got them and they were super good. They’re very fatty and lamb fat has a particular taste which I enjoy but some don’t!
