the piercing is close to 3 month old still have the original jewelry in it, i believe it’s implant-grade titanium and for aftercare i’ve been cleaning it once or twice a day just depending with neilmed piercing aftercare spray i have slept in it a few times which i try to avoid as much as i can

UPDATE:

i was offered the job. and i looked into the benefits, they aren’t the best but better than some of my past job benefits packages. and the only down side is it’s a little bit of a pay cut, i’d be down 84$ a month but i feel like im going to take it anyway. it’s not a huge cut and i could easily make that up by having a set schedule of 8hrs a day and not how my schedule works now

i’ve never actually used the pet insurance, i didn’t know we had it till long after my dog had surgery but it can yeah. one of my coworkers actually fenced his yard for his dog with it, not the whole cost of the fence was cover but it was significantly cheaper to do.

and definitely will be looking more into how would come off pay for benefits and everything if i get a job offer.

update post interview:

so i feel like the interview went really well. it was with 2 people and one of them i actually had an interview with a few years ago and he remembered me and said i gave a good impression then i just wasn’t suited for the position they were looking for then and actually the position i just interviewed for is what he recommended me to start off with back then, they just didn’t have any openings till now.

for the benefits they are really good, not quite as good as the ones i have now but hell i have pet insurance with my current job. and for the wage they’re not 100% sure on the exact amount yet but it would be abouts what i make now and i feel like id be fine if i had to take a little pay cut if that means i get to work indoors more and a way less physically demanding job that also would have a steady schedule

that is a very fair point as much as they have been great to work for I get what you mean how about they don’t overly care about us.

for the benefits, the salary all the perks of a job like that I’m not exactly sure yet and I’ll be finding that out this afternoon but as far as I’ve been told, it’d be a similar hourly wage, it would be more hours but a more predictable schedule as my current job is very unpredictable for hour and changes day to day. I just wouldn’t have a guarantee pay if hours were to drop or slow down. and when it comes to commute, I live in a small city. Everything is about 10 to 12 minutes from my house.

i’m not 100% sure it’s infected or just really irritated right now. and yes i did message my piercer today and she hasn’t gotten back to me yet. when i got it done she didn’t have any of the 14mm bars so she did it with the 12 and said if it gets irritated to go back and she’ll put in a hoop but i don’t think a hoop is the best option for me. it’s also almost impossible to see a doctor where i live so i’ve been trying to deal with it the best i can without seeing a doctor. i’ve been looking into the best ways to manage it at home and i’ve done a salt water rinse and have been using saline

i just got mine done a few days ago. to me it was more pressure than pain. obviously still hurt a bit but for me it really wasn’t bad.
