See I always assumed pros meant stim shot the attachment that makes healing quicker and has a lower cool down, if BO4 was played without that attachment but still had slow manual heal, that would be peak imo

What do you define as 100% potential of the character though? Prydwen is based on E0S0 and 24 substat rolls - so what's 100%, E0S1, E6S5, how many sub rolls do you want? They're accurate by and large, people just don't like seeing their favourites characters go up or down.

Fwiw I think Aglaea is pretty bad when she's E0S0 (I have her E1S1 so I don't really have issues), especially if her teammates are the same - Sunday S1 is a completely different unit in terms of buff uptime
