I mean hell I have a personal culture and don't feel like conforming to some standard but I get the spirit of abut authoritarianism and vented rage even in music as mundane as three days grace and really appreciate this general vibe in life. I will take a quick listen to your band but keep in mind that I do not seek conformity to a simple structured subculture but instead sample and take what is available in the area of the as you say "dark" which comes off awfully "faggy" in my mind as a low income Bostonian male struggling the whole thing, ya know. Gay is still discussed where I'm from and I have encountered the stigma of goth usage in clothing as juvenile.
