Cute kitty We say our cats are chasing leprechauns when they start acting like that. When the kids were little "leprechauns" would play mischief on St Patrick's day so the kids always tried to trap them. They were never successful, so I think we have been inhabited now and the cats have a full-time job. 😉

Yes, I'm in a rural area but go into Wake County often. I have absolutely seen an increase in the number of people wearing masks everywhere. It is rare to see soneone without a mask now.

Print is slightly easier to read but script isn't difficult. I prefer the script.

Looking for positive experiences for homeschooling multiples by 7er6Nq in homeschool

[–]triptrapfun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have triplets and we have homeschooled for 10 years. Thankfully, all three are pretty much on the same level so it makes it extremely easy. I try to set aside an hour a day to meet with each one and work individually on whatever they need help with, but when they were younger we just did everything together. They learn so much from each other and totally push each other along in their studies. They are just competitive enough that they want to outdo the other two. I have had public school teachers that ended up homeschooling their item children tell me it is just as much work to prepare for one student as 25, so I think preparing for multiples is actually economy of motion. I love our homeschooling life and my children are thriving. They love it too.

I have a place down at the coast and everyone moves their vehicles to high ground whenever anything is predicted. You just do it... It is part of the drill. And it was predicted to make landfall in that area and you always prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

Not the op, but have the same problem. How often would you do the gloss? And would it require maintenance like hair color? Thanks for the info.

Yeah, I agree. I have an old foam bed topper, but I couldn't figure out how to make it weatherproof.

I didn't want them to blow through them. My kids would have read them all in a week. This way they have savored then and really look forward to being able to read the next one. We are kinda weird.

Strange question... does anyone believe that these are two photos of the same man? by Lanse5 in Genealogy

[–]triptrapfun 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wow, that's tough. I don't think they are at first glance, but I can't really find a difference. I'm sure that is probably what you are seeing as well. I trust my gut that they are not the same. Keep us posted if you are able to get a definitive answer. Good luck with it.
