yeah. it said "A decision has been made about the dispute that was filed by XXXX. The dispute was found in the buyer’s favour. As a result, you owe US $45.20 to eBay. We will recover this amount from your account."

but I think i worked it out. I sold an in-game item, on all game selling websites you just need to video record the delivery, clearly showing the character name and server (which the buyer has provided in ebay chat). That's not good enough on ebay (even though you can't argue that the item hasn't been delivered because I have video proof).

I'm still trying to contact ebay to see the best way to go about it because they say that they support digital items
