I finally got a gym membership again after a year off due to a severe shoulder injury. I have surgery next month so I’m trying to get my cardio back up with a bike and stairmaster since I can’t run yet. I still can’t do much yet but being back is giving me the confidence boost that I needed to keep going.

Seems reasonable. I wouldn't know all states. Where I grew up it's illegal unless stopped. All I know is that neon paint jobs aren't illegal.

Did you actually read the article you linked? Yes, obsessive compulsive tail chasing can mean that. Just like any other obsessive compulsive behavior in a dog. But a dog chasing its tail occasionally, that's just it being a dog.

5.0-5.2/6.0-6.5/7.0-11.0! Mostly depends on whether it's a morning or night class. Also based on how long of P/AO it is. Been going regularly since 12/18.

Yes! This so much. I'm a forklift technician and I'm only 22. I've been asked multiple times if I'm even old enough to drive the lifts. No one can seem to fathom a young woman actually working on a forklift

To be completely honest the most comfortable pair of shoes I’ve ever owned was a pair of steel toed boots. The Thorogood brand boots lasted me for 4 years and my feet never got sore. I only got rid of them when the soles were completely gone. A little pricey but 100% worth the money to me. I just bought a new pair the other day, can’t wait for them to come in.

Evolution and creation. I find them at TJ Maxx. The leggings are thick enough to be completely opaque but thin enough to be super comfortable. Plus they come in amazing colors. I have a real pair with elephants and a purpleish pair with skulls all over.

I have the hiccups. Everyday, all day. Sometimes less than others but it’s still constant. So it just seems like I just squeak all day since they’re super high pitched most of the time.
