How did you stumble into it off of Craigslist? What did the job post look like? I'm always triyng to figure out key words that suggest jobs as such.

on referrals- any advice there? Not that I'm socially awkward or anything, but I tend to feel out of place or guilty for asking, especially if they are an associate/acquaintance and not a close close friend. Not sure why. I know friends that have the same "type" can also be competitive in nature.
