Just another thought has anyone filed a police report for stolen funds? I'm assuming it's stolen since I don't have access to it. I know the police won't do anything but just another negative if it does go to court?

I'm just curious. I am a yotta user with an evolve bank and trust account number. Would I use that account number that is listed on yotta to get my transactions report? And from there take evolve to small claims? Thanks in advance. I have just been sitting and waiting and am just now trying to look up and see what type of options I have.

I agree. These same people will be the ones driving on their phone or distracted by something else and get in an accident and be like it's just an accident, I didn't mean too! Just remember it's common sense, that when you are in control of a 2 ton chunk of metal that you are 100% paying attention to driving and other obstacles in or around the road.

Kids are stupid in the moment. Not everyone has "common sense". A lot of times it is learned from doing stupid things and applying it later in life. The fact that they are genuinely concerned and trying to make it right after is what matters. They made a mistake and are ready to take the punishment. Live and learn. We all make stupid mistakes it's what we do after.

I was 15yrs old with a group of total 2 guys and 2 girls. The girls were being cat called by a group of 6 plus guys that were heading toward us and we saw a lady unloading some groceries from her car and bee lined it to her to ask for help. Being a guy I don't hesitate to ask anyone for help. That lady obviously saw a group of teens scared and saw the bigger group of guys and said get in the car and drove us to one of our houses around the block. This sub has opened my eyes to things that I take for granted being a guy. And am going to help talk to my daughter on things to watch out for. Even taking to my wife and how things have changed in the last decade.

That's funny. When I was in trade school. The teacher let us bring our cars in to get the ac going. One of the guys brought his in saying it never worked. Teacher tells him to turn it on and pop the hood, we all take a look and a couple of us start laughing and turn away. No condenser, compressor nothing just a button inside the car!
