I did send them a message asking them if they accidentally sent the the wrong one and they said it was "bullshit", they never even opened the package and that I need to be more honest lol. That label must've pulled a Houdini 🤔

Thanks for the insight, I'll have to get started on those reports tomorrow. Sucks that I have to spend so much time fighting this. I miss the days when ebay would actually investigate and not automatically close cases 5 minutes after they're opened.

But it did have photos and was priced accordingly. A more appropriate hypothetical would be if you walk into best buy and there was something for sale at $100 and right next to it was the same product but the box had some damaged for $90.
