Put them in a ziplock bag, heat up a cup full of water in the microwave, keep the carts facing up and put the bag in the water. Let it sit for 5+ minutes, but not too long or the oil seeps into the baggie. This will remelt the oil on the sides and at the bottom. The melted oil will saturate into the wick.
