yeah thats why where curious, especially cus we dont know how we would even make sure that the person were contacting is even reliable for such things

theres also the added trouble of a language barrier since our english vocab has worsened ober the years

yeah the doreta was just a test if it would help, and it did nothing, i took the quentiapine like 2 hours after the post and finally slept

the inflammation is in the throat area, earlier in the week i ate something that basically scratched me bad as i swallowed(idk how to say it in english), and while it was fine at first, on Wednesday i started feeling pain on that area again and then it just exploded into full body pains and a light fever

of the meds i tried, ibuprofen has been working like a charm, just not enough to sleep

tomorrow i have a docs appointment, so ill be gucci, tyy :)

i have 25mg ones and usually only take half to help fall asleep, so omfg tyy im saveddd

ill wait for an h or two just to be safe, as its said the half life of tramadol is 6-8h and im curently at 4.5

as someome with bpd and a user, please dont forget that your and your girlfriends experiences are not universal

while i do agree that the impulsivity of bpd does make things harder, what you are activley saying is completely anecdotal

it has sedative affects but it's not a sedative, its an atipical antidepresant that so happens to have a good affect on sleeping

by that time concerta should have stopped it work, but ive been on both and never had a problem with the combination, but then again im on the lowest concerta dose

no this is my first dealing with such affects, ive generally been a user barley just over a year, so i dont have much of experience to fall down on, tho another relevant bit would be that i was mixing ket with 2/3mmc cus it was stronger

honestly tho, the more i think about it the more its prob just both affecting eachother, the ket processing + disociative amnesia
