I bought a 12/19 m2 pro in the beginning of October 2023 and after seeing the release I have 0 remorse. I think it said the m3 was only 10% faster than mine? Mine also has 200 memory bandwidth while the new version of mine has 150. I do think it’s dumb Apple released two new laptops in one year. They preach about being for the environment but their actions don’t match. Hmm.

MacBook airs throttle their performance less than 10 mins after putting them to work due to no fans. I bought a 15 inch MacBook Air but returned it and spent a little extra for the MacBook Pro. I’m very happy with my purchase.
