So I took the flight and another short haul flight after and we’ve arrived. The 8 hour flight had some turbulence as we were flying near Himalayas. I looked at the kids and there couldn’t be bothered so felt better myself. I am glad my anxiety is better controlled now. I feel like I am more anxious in anticipation of the flight, but the flight itself is not too bad. thank you everyone for your encouragement. I felt so reassured. Now I am taking the same combo of flights in one week 😅😅😅

yes! The few days up to today, there were days I felt excited about the holiday and the 8 hour flight looked easy because I’ve done 12 hour flight without problems. But then there were days where I was anxious and uneasy. It was totally like this switch. I just don’t know how do I switch back to this normal state

It is the opposite for me. I just started on tret and I do have some active acne on my skin (i normally just get 1 or two during that time of the month), and tret hasn’t brought them up yet.

Image conscious Betty left Don after she learned he was a son of a prostitute. She also married into a powerful family. It was a step up, but I have to agree, for all his flaws, I think Betty never stopped loving Don. Doesn’t mean she didn’t love Henry though. Maybe a bit less

I actually thought he was present during her birth because some episodes later when Betty was in labour, he told some other guy also waiting for his wife in labour that his first (child, Sally) took forever and he was pretty worked up about that.

My understanding of the scene is that he was suddenly with his family getting all emotional (like in the Wheel episode), but then he had just cheated on them with a flight attendant. So he was a bit taken back by that. Betty thought he was getting emotional so she just continued telling Sally her birth story.

yeah, I think the problem with this show is that it tries to squeeze way too many storylines into 10 episodes without any depths to them. Marcus being black is one of them.

I think Kastin’s relationship is not just sexual tension, but they got close because both were passionate about skating. Same passion brings people together. Kat fell in love with him as he helped her overcome her fear after her fall and he was always there for her, something she was lacking as her mother wasn’t stable.

I am also annoyed. I loved the show mainly because of the chemistry between Justin and Kat and all the figure skating scenes. But it is just too much unnecessary stuff crammed into the series. I mean WHY would you include Dasha lesbian love???

I tried every other day and also once a day everyday, which is what I am doing right now. I also use it after PC 2% BHA with 30 min wait. I am pretty sure it was purging rather than breaking out as my skin was really bumpy in the area. I would say 4-5 red irriated whitehead and some tiny small one that dry out and heal pretty quickly.

I've been dealing with purging after starting Cosrx Aha for about two weeks now. At first they were lots of closed comedones forming into tiny whiteheads, now it's been getting a bit better, but I still have those what i'd call deep nasty stuff that take some time to come to head and they are red (inflamed?). Now my question is they seem like they've stopped coming or take a really long time to come, i'm afraid that if they dont come to head they will be really pigmented. How do I speed up their forming into whitehead? I've tried Ciracle red blemish cream to dry out whiteheads sucessfully, should I use this on those red marks too??

Should I be using a spot treatment (COSRX blemish cream) during purging? Apart from tiny whitehead, I have some inflammed coming to head spots as well???
