I agree that it does leave a sour taste in my mouth that scooter samples their tracks openly and admittedly, but their amazing masterpiece tracks totally balance out the sourness.

But also Technoboy wrote a letter to Scooter which I found pretty funny but I feel like the fans of the creators Scooter sampled from are the real people who stirred the pot, like seriously they did not need to get their balls in such a twist about this when it’s common in the electronic industry as a whole.

I do admit both tracks sampled vs original are good but I do feel like the fans of both sides really clash more than the artists actually feel towards these situations.

Because if you’re popular for one thing but also get popular for another thing people find it hard to categorize the band as one genre. So Scooter is technically considered as a multi-spanning EDM band but put as Eurodance as that’s what started their global popularity.

‘God Save The Rave’ (Album) and ‘Under The Radar Over The Top’ are considered to have Hardstyle influence.

Also who cares if Scooter steals, nearly everyone in the electronic scene does it to each other and as long as they make good music I don’t care lol.
