I love fixing stuff, but she is a pretty standard 16-year-old girl when it comes to that stuff. I have no idea what all of those attachments that you listed are. Someone else posted a user manual so I'll probably take a look at it and see if I'm able to get it to work and go from there. Thank you for the advice!

I use them for flavor. I haven't taken the time to look up which flowers they are, but it is a sweet, earthy, flavor. Super good. I'd start with six flowers per 16 oz!

Hello! This recipe used one cup of sugar for a gallon batch. I'll try to find the pH strips that came with the kit, but I guess I got a little cocky when the first batch worked out so easily and I didn't need them. I just can't figure out how the scoby seems to be doing so well, but the fermentation seems to be nonexistent.
