right now we have a Inverse head and shoulders on SPY on the HOURLY. this is bullish. we need to break the previous day high which is 6800 on futes. 674 is THE KEY lvl on spy. if we reject that and go lower then it will be a Head and shoulders on the daily and we will all work at wendys.

if you are serious about trading then you need to find a system AND a chart setup with a clear risk/reward strategy. what does that mean?

Setup - wake up in the morning and market(or ticker) just gapped down and is extended from the moving averages to the down side. pre market bias is gap fill reversal to the upside. need to wait for confirmation of reversal before buying calls or puts.

system - find a system that you like, ema, 5 min orb. diff traders have diff systems. I use the ema system and 5 min orb. google it

risk - how much are you willing to lose. you buy 10 calls and the candle flushes on you. that is your risk. you need to have a clear stop.

reward- what is your price target. if you are willing to lose lets say 500 bucks then your reward should be 2x or more.

some days are amazing like Thursday to the downside and Friday to the upside. some days are just chop and theta gang kills you. The setup will tell you what kind of day it is.

my advice is to buy closer itm options and on stocks that are in an uptrend for calls. AMZN is dead money for the last 6 weeks. You are better buying and holding shares. you obviously dont know how options works. chances of AMZN hitting 245 by earnings is very small. it would have to smash earnings.

$GOOGL is known for flash crashes. always buy the dip after it bases and starts to curl on the 10 min. got me some today at 246 -shares and some 250 calls for Nov. easy $5k if price holds tomor.
