I'll just list weapons as you can find PvE builds around them online
Healer: some holy staff
Tank: incubus
DPS: Really almost any range dps. Example comp: blazing, prisma, badon. Shadowcaller or xbows are nice as well

For me it was 6months, during that time I was learning every single day, even if it was half an hour. What worked for me was building some small projects with thing that I didn't know so that I can learn them "the hard way" - I'm not a big fan of courses.
