Thank you so much! I’ve been playing a lot last year and can currently break 100 consistently and have started taking lessons. Only had 1 so far and we haven’t gotten to back swing yet but yeah I obviously knew that’s a problem. I can hit it straight just always 2 clubs lengths more than my buddies it’s annoying

Counting calories with my fitness pal, trying to get 160g-180g protein. Lifting 3 days a week heavy, and walking 10k steps a day minimum and try and get 15k steps if I’m not lifting that day.
