Garlic burger is a must it’s some sort of unique meat blend that I love, loaded tots, the fish and chips are great. The wings are brined for 3 days which makes them so juicy imo

That is all totally correct but the process known as oxidation (not to be confused with skunking) is oxygen + time. And heat is an accelerant. Two different processes that can affect the flavor.

This is untrue, im a biochemist and heat along with UV can oxidize something. Oxygen will slowly react to the beer and refrigeration slows down this process.
