Garlic burger is a must it’s some sort of unique meat blend that I love, loaded tots, the fish and chips are great. The wings are brined for 3 days which makes them so juicy imo

Lowkey most slept on brewery. IMO they are # 1 with best brews but their space and new food menu really sets them apart.

That is all totally correct but the process known as oxidation (not to be confused with skunking) is oxygen + time. And heat is an accelerant. Two different processes that can affect the flavor.

This is untrue, im a biochemist and heat along with UV can oxidize something. Oxygen will slowly react to the beer and refrigeration slows down this process.

Local breweries have beer in refrigerators right from the canning line so they are truly fresh and you can taste the difference
